The spacious lounge, dining room and handmade kitchen is 7 by 5 metres. In the lounge, there are two large leather sofas, solid oak coffee tables, ipod docking station, 49" LED SmartTV with DVD. We have left guide books and maps for you to explore Cornwall.
There are two sets of French doors off the open plan living area leading to the spacious wooden decked balcony which measures 6.5 by 3 metres.
The kitchen has been handmade in Cornwall and is solid wood with soft close drawers and a belfast sink. The kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances including double electric oven and hob, Smeg' style fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. There is a high chair available.
The master bedroom has a king size solid oak bed with matching bedside units, chest of drawers and cupboard. There is a wall mounted LCD TV with DVD player, as well as touch sensitive bedside lights. The bay window looks out to the side of the property.
The second bedroom has two single beds but can be converted into a 5ft double at your advance request. There is a wall mounted LCD TV with DVD player, touch sensitive bedside light, chest of drawers, soft close built in cupboard and a window looking out to the side of the property. There is a travel cot and changing mat available.
The bathroom is fully tiled with contemporary fittings, including a double ended bath with central taps, hand-held shower attachment as well as a large 'drencher' over bath shower, WC, heated ladder radiator and a wash hand basin with soft close drawer storage underneath.

The property boats a large communal garden, and includes a set of table and chairs. The garden is accessible by only 9 apartments, so it very quiet. From the rear of the garden, there is a path which leads directly down to Carbis Bay beach. The path links with the coastal path, which makes a beautiful walk to either St Ives or Hayle Sands.
